Yogurt contains healthy bacteria to help stimulate immune function.

Serves 4

1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves or 2 teaspoons dry mint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Chill before serving with curry dishes.
